Events - In Store

Hi everyone! Just updating you on our in-store safety guidelines and policies! We know that shopping any retail store is a new experience. And we thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we are all trying to adapt to this new normal!

Our showroom floor is by appointment only. So please call us, message us or go here to Request an Appointment!

And in order to keep our shop at a certain limit and to maintain social distancing, we are taking fewer appointments than usual and are limiting parties to the bride plus (4) guests. If you would like more of your family and friends to be a part of your experience, we can Zoom them in! It's easy and fun! Since we are a small store, your guests will be asked to remain seated during your appointment to adhere to social distancing recommendations.

Due to State and City of NLR regulations, everyone in the store – staff, brides and guests – will be required to wear a mask. We have white masks available (to match your dress, of course!) if needed. Brides or guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed in the store and will be asked to reschedule.

And we understand that some of you are still not able to come to us! Don’t worry! We can come to you with our Virtual Appointments and At-Home Try-On Service!

For your safety and ours, after every appointment we are sanitizing dresses, appointment areas and dressing rooms, and hard and soft surfaces.  We have removed our robes from our dressing rooms, so if you would like to have a robe during your appointment, please bring your own.  We have hand sanitizer for you and your guests. Most importantly, if anyone in your party has been around someone who has been or is ill, if you are not feeling your best, or if someone in your party isn’t up to their normal selves, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Brides, for those of you who are starting to shop, normally special orders would take 4-6 months. However, because of the current situation, special order gowns are now taking 6-8 months to arrive in store. If your wedding is closer than that, that’s okay! We have off the floor and in stock options! Regardless of when your wedding is, come ready, enjoy the personalized experience and say yes to your dress!

We are closely watching the guidance of our local, state and federal government as well as the CDC and if anything changes on our end we will let you know!

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Stay happy and healthy!  xoxo - The Bridal Cottage Team
