Hi everyone! Just updating you again on our in-store safety guidelines! We know that shopping any retail store is going to be a new experience. And we thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we are all trying to adapt to this new normal!

We have decided to continue to close our showroom floor to the public and are by appointment only. There are no set operational hours, we are staffing based on appointments, pickups and deliveries. So please call us, message us or log on to our website to Request an Appointment!

And in order to keep our shop at a certain limit and to maintain social distancing, we are taking less appointments than usual and are limiting parties to four (4) people. If you would like more of your family and friends to be a part of your experience, we can Facetime or Zoom them in!

And we understand that some of you are still not able to come to us! Don’t worry! We can come to you with our Virtual Appointments and At-Home Try-On Service!

For your safety and ours, we are sanitizing after every appointment and the staff will all be wearing masks. We have removed our robes from our dressing rooms, so if you would like to have a robe during your appointment, please bring your own.  We have hand sanitizer for you and your guests. Most importantly, if anyone in your party has been around someone who has been or is ill, if you are not feeling your best, or if someone in your party isn’t up to their normal selves, we will need to reschedule.

Brides, for those of you who are starting to shop, normally special orders would take 4-6 months. However, because of the current situation, special order gowns are now taking 6-8 months to arrive in store. If your wedding is closer than that, that’s okay! We have off the floor and in stock options! Regardless of when your wedding is, come ready, enjoy the personalized experience and say yes to your dress!

We are closely watching the guidance of our local, state and federal government as well as the CDC and if anything changes on our end we will let you know!
