Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We’re by appointment only so we can give each bride the personalized experience she deserves. This includes bridal, bridesmaids, and tuxedo appointments. If we’re fully booked, we’re happy to add you to our waitlist and reach out if anything opens up! We offer four different appointment types, so no matter what kind of experience you're looking for, we've got the perfect one just for you! Ready to book your bridal experience? What should I expect after I book my appointment? 

Once you’ve booked your appointment, the fun really begins! You’ll start getting a few helpful text messages from us filled with tips, tricks, and everything you need to know to feel confident walking into your appointment. One of our consultants will also give you a call before your visit to learn more about you, your love story, and your overall wedding vibe. It’s a great chance for us to get to know you a bit before you walk through our doors. 

Then, the day before your appointment, your personal stylist will reach out with a quick message to introduce themselves and hear all about your wedding dress inspo. What should I expect when I arrive for my appointment?

Get ready for a fun, relaxed, and personalized experience! You'll be greeted by your bridal stylist and shown to your own viewing area, where we’ll chat, get to know your crew, hear more about the vibe of your wedding, and start the magic. At your appointment, you'll have a private dressing room all to yourself and a silky robe to wear while you're not trying on gowns—because comfort and luxury go hand in hand!

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?

You don’t have to bring anything, but a few things can help! Skin-toned undergarments, pasties or nipple covers, and a pair of heels (especially if you’ve picked your wedding shoes!) can give you a better feel for the dress. If you have something sentimental—like a special veil or jewelry—feel free to bring that too. We also have silky robes in each dressing room to help you feel comfortable while changing!

Can I bring food and drink?

We kindly ask that you don’t bring outside food or drinks into the boutique—water is totally fine! We do offer complimentary water for every party, and select appointments include snacks, champagne or sparkling grape juice. If you have a medical need for certain snacks or drinks, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate! You can explore all of our appointment options on our Request an Appointment page.

When do I arrive?

Please arrive right on time for your appointment! We often have appointments scheduled before and after yours, so arriving late can cut a little into your time. If you're running behind, just give us a call—we totally understand that life happens, and we’ll do our best to work with you!  If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

Do you have wedding dresses within my price point?

Our special order gowns range from $1,500 to $5,000, and we also have a curated sample sale collection priced at $800 and above. Just let us know your ideal budget—our stylists don’t work on commission, so they’re truly here to help you find your dream dress at the price that’s right for you.

Do have dresses in my size?

Absolutely! Our try-on collection includes gowns in sizes 8–30, and we can special order dresses in sizes 2–34. Every bride deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated—and we work hard to make sure you can try on styles you'll truly love.

How many guests can I have in my party?

For most appointments, you’re welcome to bring up to 5 guests. Our VIB Appointment can accommodate up to 7, and our Pinnacle Appointment allows up to 10 in a private viewing area. We always recommend bringing the people who know you, love you, and will lift you up—this day is all about you, and your crew should help make it a joyful experience!

Do you allow children?

Yes, we’re a family-friendly boutique! We just ask that little ones stay with an adult at all times and are supervised closely—there are lots of delicate details around the store. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience!

How far in advance do I need to start shopping for a gown?

We recommend starting 8–12 months before your wedding. Most gowns take 4–6 months to arrive, and you’ll want extra time for alterations and bridal portraits. On a tighter timeline? No worries—we’ve got you! Many of our designers offer rush options or in-stock gowns, and our sample sale collection includes dresses you can take home the same day or place on layaway.

When should I start shopping if I’m on a weight loss journey?

Great question! And you're not alone in wondering this! Even if you're working on your fitness goals, we highly recommend starting your dress shopping 8–12  months before your big day. Why? Most gowns take 4-6 months to arrive after ordering (yes, they’re made just for you), and you’ll want to leave plenty of time for alterations! 

Don’t stress about your size—we've got you!  Your stylist will walk you through all the sizing options and help choose a size based on where you’re at and where you’re headed. Plus, most dresses can be taken in if needed, and our goal is always to help you feel confident, comfortable, and totally stunning in your gown!

How will I know it's my dress?

This moment looks different for every bride, and guess what? That’s totally okay. There’s no “right” way to find your dress—some brides cry, some don’t. Some feel it instantly, others need a little time to soak it all in. We like to compare finding your dress to finding your fiancé—it can happen in unexpected ways, at unexpected times. That’s part of the magic. Our best advice? Come in with an open heart and an open mind. Trust your gut, trust the process, and know that your dress might just find you.

I’ve found my dream dress! What now?

- For special orders: We’ll take your measurements and help choose the best size based on the designer’s size chart. A 60% deposit is required to place the order. Once your gown arrives, we’ll inspect and steam it, then schedule your Try-On & Pick-Up Appointment!

- For sample sale gowns: You can pay in full and take it home the same day, or join our layaway plan—just 25% down with three monthly payments.

How do I pay for my dress?

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (We don’t accept checks.) Please note—all sales are final, so there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. We’re here to make sure you feel confident and excited about your purchase!

Do you offer alterations?

We don’t offer alterations in-house, but we work closely with a number of talented seamstresses across Arkansas that we highly recommend. Once you say yes to the dress, we’ll share our trusted list with you!

Do you carry bridesmaids dresses?

Yes! We’re the exclusive Central Arkansas boutique for Sorella Vita and Justin Alexander Studio bridesmaids dresses. Prices range from $199–$399, and if you found your gown with us, your bridesmaids get 10% off!

Sorella Vita is perfect for brides who want an in-store try-on experience with samples and swatches. These dresses take about 12–14 weeks to arrive and require a 60% deposit. We order all gowns in a party at the same time to ensure a perfect color match.

Justin Alexander Studio offers a modern online shopping option—your bridesmaids can order directly and receive their dresses straight to their home in just a few weeks, with lots of customizable features!

We’ll help each bridesmaid choose the right size based on the designer’s chart, and we’re always here to make the process easy and stress-free.

Do you carry any other formal wear?

Yes! We’re a proud Paul Morrell retailer and offer tuxedos and suits for both rental and purchase. We do not, however, carry prom, mother-of-the-bride/groom, or flower girl dresses.

Tell me about your tuxedos and suits.

As a proud Paul Morrell retailer, we offer tuxedos and suits for both rental and purchase. For weddings, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance. For other events, 14 days is ideal, but we can accommodate orders up to 2 days before the event if needed.

Tuxedo and suit rentals range from $225 to $315 and include the coat, pants, shirt, tie, vest, and shoes. If you’d prefer to purchase, prices typically range from $300 to $700 depending on the pieces you select. A 60% deposit is required on each tux or suit to place the order. Rentals usually arrive the Wednesday or Thursday before the event, while purchased items arrive earlier to ensure time for any needed tailoring.

Return drop-offs are normally the Tuesday and Wednesday after the event between 10 AM and 1 PM. (While Google may say we’re closed on Tuesdays, we’re open during those hours specifically for tuxedo and suit returns.)

Is there parking?

Yes! We have plenty of parking available in front of, beside, and behind the boutique. Our parking is accessible, and there’s a ramp located at the front entrance for your convenience.

Do you carry accessories?

Yes! We specialize in completing your bridal look with beautiful accessories. From veils and belts to earrings and jewelry, we have everything you need to add that perfect finishing touch to your gown.
