Meet the Team!

	Lindy \| Owner Lindy is the proud owner of The Bridal Cottage. She and her husband, Erin, purchased this historic bridal boutique in December of 2011, a few months after they got married. She said yes to her dress, said yes to the love of her life, and yes to The Bridal Cottage! Friends joke that she loved her dress shopping experience so much, she went and bought the store! (It kind of happened like that...but there is so much more to the story!) Lindy enjoys spending time at her cabin in the Ozarks with her husband and their rescue dog, Lilly. They love being in nature, taking in all she has to offer like hiking, fishing, and canoeing. Lindy is also an avid reader and loves being a part of Reese's bookclub!
	Megan \| Manager and Bridal Consultant Megan started her career at The Bridal Cottage at 15 years old when owner Lindy chose her to become a brand ambassador, modeling wedding dresses for the store. She quickly became her assistant and never looked back! Megan grew up in North Little Rock and always loved driving by to see what dresses were in the display window, so this was a dream come true! After graduating from Harding University in May 2024 with her BBA and MBA, Lindy offered her the position of Brand Manager and Bridal Consultant, and Megan jumped at the opportunity to make The Bridal Cottage her home. She says "Nothing is better than helping a bride find her dream dress! It is forever the most rewarding part of my job." Megan's inspiration comes from having a great passion for the bridal industry as a whole. Megan loves reading, writing, playing Animal Crossing, and hanging out with her friends. And most importantly, loving on her dog, Mabel!
	Alec \| Bridal Consultant and Community Outreach Director As a kid, Alec remembers all the times driving by The Bridal Cottage and seeing gorgeous gowns in the window... envisioning brides in them! His dream was to become a bridal stylist because his life's passion is to encourage and empower women on the daily! Alec comes to us with years of bridal experience and is thrilled to be part of such a legacy store and and such a "strong female led team where we empower brides with passion, love, and care." The most rewarding part of his job is "seeing a bride light up once she realizes she's found the perfect dress! This moment is so breathtaking and one of the many reasons I love coming to work every day! It is beyond rewarding and humbling." Alec was raised by strong, confident women, and his mother is his true inspiration! She is the reason he believes his true calling is to help women feel the most confident on their big day. In his spare time, Alec loves spending time in nature, whether it's a good hike or a quick run! If he's not living out his nature guru fantasy, he loves grabbing a cocktail with friends or hanging at home, binge watching Bob's Burgers!
	Meagan \| Bridal Consultant Meagan purchased her wedding dress from The Bridal Cottage in August 2016 and then started as a bridal consultant in October of that same year! She had just moved back to Little Rock, engaged after meeting her husband abroad, and was looking for a change of pace when she said yes to her dress. She just knew she wanted to help create these special moments for other brides! She was promoted to manager in 2017, had her daughter Holly in 2018, and continued on as manager until she had her twins Lily and Poppy in early 2021. Now she enjoys coming in part time to help when the team needs an extra set of hands! She loves watching the brides she works with have their moment, when they finally see themselves as a bride. Meagan loves spending time with her family and chasing around her kiddos! Her daughters are her inspiration, seeing life through their eyes. Knowing that anything is possible and each day is a fresh start!
	Chloe \| Bridal Consultant Chloe began working at the Cottage in 2021, said yes to her dress in 2022 and then married the love of her life later that year! She loves stories, making things pretty, and empowering women…and as a bridal consultant, she gets to do all three! She “loves hearing bride's love stories, seeing the way they light up when they're talking about their person. Finding one's dress is truly a life moment, and while a bride is here at the Cottage finding her dress, she is writing this part of her story. The idea that l get to be part of that story, even a small part, is beautiful.” Her advice to brides is “take it all in! Allow yourself to feel every moment of your entire journey as a bride. You are working to build a day that will celebrate & honor your love story!” Chloe is also a photographer, tailor, braider, web designer, painter, actor, and writer! She is inspired by the beauty and wonder that can be found in everyday life. She loves seeing people light up, speak about their interests, make each other laugh, hold each other in comfort, and actively write their life story in every moment and every breath!
